Hi, my name is Melanie Monaco and ever since I developed the method I’m going to share with you, I’ve been able to finally have a body I love.

In fact, for the first time in my life, I feel increasingly confident and connected to my body each day.

I developed my strategies while in Nutrition School, where I focused on Eating Psychology.

Before that, I spent years educating myself on Self-Love and Personal Development. 

In college, I studied the Psychology of Transformation, and then took my studies a step further when I studied directly with the renowned Jungian psychoanalyst, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of Women Who Run With The Wolves.

As Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher a Certified Fitness Instructor, I understand the value of movement and how to make it as exciting and feel-good as possible. 

As Certified Reiki Practitioner. I understand the importance of energy, intuition, and the intangible aspects of health. 

My strategies have been tried and tested at my in-person workshops and in one-on-one sessions with the women I have coached all over the world.

And I am filled with joy as I watch their confidence skyrocket as they cultivate the body and life of their dreams...

 But It Wasn't Always Like This...
I understand what it's like to feel trapped inside a body you don't love...

To feel so insecure that you don't want to see your family or friends…

To hate pictures of yourself and spend hours editing them so you can post them on social media to only delete them immediately after...

To feel like everyone you meet is judging you based on your body size and shape...

To do everything in your power to lose weight without lasting results…

To self-sabotage with endless binging and emotional eating....

Because I've been there too.

I used to spend my days counting calories and restricting myself to insanely limited meals - like half of an avocado for dinner - all while hating myself more with each bite...

I would exercise until I burned at least a thousand calories every. single. day.
 
Though I thought I was doing good things for my body... 

I was not happy or healthy.

At a certain point, I would be so exhausted that I would go on a binging spree... 

I would self-sabotage and shame-spiral out of control. 

Eventually, I was so overwhelmed by trying so hard to lose weight without results...

I gave up. 
I done with fighting a losing battle.

I made the choice stop weighing myself and to stop restricting my diet.

I was no longer actively trying to change my body…

Though my body definitely changed.

I grew out of my old clothes, I started noticing a difference in pictures taken of me, my face was fuller, my arms were bigger, my waist was wider, my acne got really bad, my doctors became concerned by my blood test results due to the weight gain, and people started making comments about my body...

And I thought I was doing a good job of loving myself in spite of all of this…

I told myself that my size did not dictate my self-worth. 

I made an effort to love my body unconditionally… 

But I still wasn’t actually listening to my body or honoring my body’s needs… 

Which is why I experienced all those awful symptoms.

And on one life-changing day in July...

My then-boyfriend proposed to me on the beach.

Romantic, right?

I was overjoyed and overwhelmed with love -  

And yet, because I was in a bikini when he proposed - part of me felt insecure, ashamed, and ultimately just sad...

I hated the pictures of me that were taken that day… 

And I was so resentful that I still held onto these feelings of shame even though I had given up dieting a long time ago...

Standing in front of our friends and strangers on the beach, in what was supposed to be the most joyful moment of my life... 

I felt ashamed of my body. And angry with myself for feeling ashamed.

Because I did not want to feel this way on my wedding day... 

I knew something had to change. 

After spending years of battling my body, trudging through fad diets, endlessly calorie counting, and endless hours at the gym... 

I knew there had to be an easier and kinder way to cultivate the body I would feel confident in for my wedding day.

So I enrolled in Nutrition School. 

I learned everything I could about Eating Psychology. 

I got my Fitness Certification.

I enrolled in a master level Yoga Teacher Training.

I completely revolutionized my relationship to food and my body.

I made self-care and self-love my priority. 

I started listening to my body, and responding to my body’s signals.

Pretty soon, I started to feel lighter, leaner, stronger, toned, and confident.

My clothes started to fit better, my body processed food with ease, my skin cleared up, I slept better... 

I felt healthier than I had ever been in my whole life...

And on my wedding day, I had never felt more beautiful.

And six months after my wedding day, I loved my body even more!

I successfully transformed my body (and life) without dieting, deprivation, or over-exercising.

Now, I am able to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ease and my body continues to thrive. 

Instead of being trapped in the constant binge/restrict cycle...

    I also learned A LOT of time-saving tricks for living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. 

    As I was planning my wedding, I was also working a full time job, going to Nutrition School, AND teaching multiple yoga and fitness classes each week!
